Noah Carmichael brings more than 24 years of leadership across military service, sales management, finance, marketing, operations, and real estate.
As Managing Partner of Carmichael & Russ Capital, he leads the firm’s fundraising, business acquisition, and real estate development strategy.
Carmichael’s career began in the United States Navy, where he held leadership responsibility for operations across multiple Navy and FAA airports in the U.S. and overseas.
He trained hundreds of personnel as a Navy Air Traffic Control Instructor and was recognized with top honors, including graduating first in his class and earning the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
In the private sector, Carmichael has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, turning around underperforming sales divisions and building programs that delivered double-digit growth.
He later founded and scaled multiple businesses, including Esquire Marketing Group, a Google and Yelp Partner agency, and a regional service company in Southern California. He is also the founder of Influence Crafters, a marketing and advertising agency serving clients nationwide.
He holds a B.S. in Management, an MBA, and multiple industry certifications in finance and marketing.
Outside of business, Carmichael serves on the board of the Gratitude & Grace Foundation, reflecting his commitment to community and philanthropy.
