Job Summary:
We are seeking an Acquisition Sourcing Specialist with a passion for the SaaS and e-commerce sectors to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), this role is crucial for identifying potential acquisition targets and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, a proven track record in sourcing deals, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Target Identification: Identify potential SaaS and e-commerce brands that align with Carmichael & Russ Capital’s strategic goals and investment criteria.
- Direct Reporting: Work closely with the CIO to develop and refine acquisition strategies, providing regular updates on market trends and potential targets.
- Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including business owners, brokers, and venture capitalists, to ensure a continuous pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities in the SaaS and e-commerce sectors.
- Deal Origination and Sourcing: Proactively source and initiate contact with potential acquisition targets, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
- Performance Achievement: Meet and exceed set performance benchmarks, such as the number of qualified leads generated, deals sourced, and contributions to strategic initiatives.
Compensation:
